After you've chosen a plan, we'll ask for your image requirements and once we've received your product, we'll get to work. There's no commitment. Cancel a plan anytime after your first month.
We're able to include different colours, sizes and flavours of products in our shoots. We call these product variations.
We can deliver images in a variety of formats, 1x1, portrait or landscape. Just let us know your preference.
We'll store all of the content we shoot and deliver to you. If you do lose any files, just get in touch and we'll send them over.
Once you've signed up you'll be assigned an account manager. You'll always be able to reach a member of the team.
When you sign up to a plan, we ask you to fill out a questionnaire. This is your opportunity to tell us the kind of thing you're looking for, upload some example imagery and also your brand guidelines, so we get a feel for who you are as a brand. If you have any suggestions, they're always welcome and we often take them into account when planning shoots; however the final decision is up to us. This way we can use some of your ideas where we can, and also add in some of our own creativity.
Super simple, just let us know a month in advance and we’ll send over a quote for the additional work. This just means we have some time to prepare.
There is no requirement for clients to be present at photoshoots.
This is one of the biggest benefits of these content plans, all expenses are included within the monthly cost. No hidden expense fees or charges, that’s it. We do however retain creative control over photoshoots and content - meaning that we have control over which models we hire and what locations we use on photoshoots.
During photoshoots your products will be handled regularly and if they are consumable then they may consumed. We’ll store your products at our studio, ready for collection but we cannot guarantee that the product will be in good condition. If you have a specific request for your product to be kept in perfect condition then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.
A direct debit will not be setup. The card that you use to signup will be saved to your customer account and future renewal orders will be placed automatically. Payments will come out each month on the date that you first sign up, e.g. if you signup on the 28th November, then the next payment will come out on the 28th December.
The short answer is no. We’re happy to do very basic styling, such as a drink in a glass, perhaps with ice and a garnish. If you’re looking for complicated “foodie” shots, this isn’t something we offer on our content plans. You would be better suited to a bespoke project, which you can enquire about here.

No, there’s no minimum length of time you need to stay with us - you’re free to cancel anytime.
